Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. We had an excellent experience with Donna and the team at Vital Migration throughout our Australian citizenship applications.
Donna was professional, knowledgeable, responsive and reassuring at every stage of the process. She explained the requirements clearly, kept us informed about what to expect, and made sure that all of our documents were properly prepared and submitted. Whenever we had questions, especially around the citizenship test, police clearances, travel and the final stages of processing, her advice was clear and practical.
What we appreciated most was the confidence that came from knowing our applications were being handled carefully and properly. The entire process felt organised and much less stressful because Donna was always available to guide us when needed.
We are delighted that the citizenship applications for my family and me have now all been approved.
A very big thank you to Donna and everyone at Vital Migration for helping our family reach such an important milestone. I would happily recommend them to anyone looking for professional and dependable Australian migration assistance

I can’t thank Donna enough for all her help and support throughout our visa journey. From the beginning, she was professional, knowledgeable, patience and always willing to guide us through what was a very stressful and complicated process.

Donna handled everything with great care and attention to detail, explained the process clearly, and always made us feel that we were in safe hands. Whenever we had questions or concerns, she took the time to explain things properly and helped us understand our options.

We especially appreciate all the hard work she put into our BVB and Subclass 309 Partner Visa matters. Her professionalism and experience made a huge difference and gave us confidence throughout the process.

Thank you, Donna, for your patience, dedication and genuine support. We are extremely grateful for everything you have done for us and would have no hesitation in recommending you to anyone looking for a professional and trustworthy migration agent.

Highly recommended! ❤️⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Where it all started...

Donna Caneleo | Registered Migration Agent | MARN: 1803967

As a Registered Migration Agent with years of experience helping individuals, families and employers navigate Australia’s complex migration system, I have come to realise that compassionate, responsive and ethical agents are what make the migration journey an enjoyable one.

My passion for migration work stems from both professional expertise and personal experience. I have supported my own relatives through the student visa, partner visa and citizenship application processes, so I know first-hand how emotionally and logistically challenging it can be.

My background is in working with multicultural communities and supporting people through some of the most important transitions in their lives, including migration. I guide my clients with compassion, diligence and clear communication, and have proudly supported not only individuals and families, but also a wide range of employers – from local small businesses to some of Australia’s largest and most recognisable companies.

Whether you’re just starting your migration journey or finalising your path to Australian citizenship, I look forward to supporting you, either personally or through a trusted associate.
