How The Process Works
1 Free Initial Consultation
We offer free initial consultations and extended paid consultations starting from $187AUD for more complex matters. Your consultation will be with a Registered Migration Agent and includes written advice and a fixed fee estimate. The cost of a paid consultation will be deducted from the total cost of your visa application.
2 Planning
To get the application underway, we will both need to sign a Service Agreement setting out the services to be provided, as well as the agreed fees, terms and conditions. You will also receive an invoice for the first of 3 instalments as our fees are split across 3 instalments to make it easier for you.
3 Evidence Collection
Our checklists and documentation is detailed but not overwhelming, making it quicker for you to get things done. Although we thoroughly review documents and provide feedback quickly to avoid unnecessary delays, we know life can get in the way so, where time allows, we never make you feel rushed as we’re aiming for a stress-free process.
4 Preparation
Whilst you finish gathering the final pieces of evidence, we’re busy preparing your application and cross-checking details against the documents you provide to ensure accuracy. You will have an opportunity to review the draft application and request amendments prior to lodgement.
5 Lodgement
Once the necessary documents have been received, we provide you with a final draft of the application for you to review, amend and approve. We then lodge the application on your behalf and act as your representative if any requests are received so you can go about your life while your application is processing.
6 Post-lodgement Support
Once your application is lodged, our support does not stop there! We guide you through any post-lodgement requirements and follow up the outcome of your application if it extends beyond advertised processing times. We’re right there with you, answering questions, responding to the Department and working hard to get your application finalised!
