Subclass 494 Skilled Employer Sponsored Regional

Requirements

Permanent Employer Sponsored Visas
Permanent employer sponsored visas allow migrant workers to remain in Australia indefinitely to continue contributing to their workplace and Australia’s economy.
Subclass 186 Employer Nomination Scheme
Direct Entry Stream
- Requires skills assessment unless exempt
- 3 years experience
- Under 45 unless exempt
- No previous Aus visa required
Temporary Residence Transition Stream
- Nominated by sponsor of last 482 visa
- 2 years relevant work on 482 visa
- Under 45 unless exempt
- No skills assessment unless requested
Labour Agreement Stream
- Conditions based on labour agreement
- Concessions often available
- Includes occupations not on usual skills list

Subclass 491 (Temporary)

Requirements
- Nominated by state, territory or relative
- Be under 45 at time of invitation
- Have suitable skills assessment
- Have 65 points or more on the points test
- Meet English, health & character
Subclass 191 (Permanent)

- Permanent residence from 491 or 494 visa
- No location restriction once granted
- No sponsorship or points required
- Can bring your family with you
Requirements
- Held a subclass 491 or 494 visa for 3 years
- Complied with conditions of current visa
- At least 1 year of relevant experience
- Meet health and character
General Skilled Migration
We work with a wide range of visas; however, due to the governments allocations for each visa type we work predominantly with those listed on our website.
