Before starting the process you will receive a detailed Service Agreement that sets out all fees, as well as relevant terms and conditions. It also details our fair refund policy so you are fully aware before you proceed.

If your circumstances change and you no longer need to proceed with your application, you will only be charged for the work that has been completed. All other unallocated fees and charges will be refunded.

Every application varies. We work as efficiently as possible, the speed of which greatly depends on how quickly documents are provided by you.

The Department advertises processing times for most application types. These are discussed in each consultation so you have a clear estimate of how long the entire process might take.

The decision to approve or refuse an application is solely in the hands of the Department. No agent or other person can guarantee any particular outcome.

Yes! Initial 15 minute consultations are free. If you matter is more complex or you have multiple questions, we can arrange an additional paid consultation if needed.

Our fees are payable in 3 instalments, with any Department fees payable with the third instalment just before your application is lodged.
