Before starting the process you will receive a detailed Service Agreement that sets out all fees, as well as relevant terms and conditions. It also details our fair refund policy so you are fully aware before you proceed.

If your circumstances change and you no longer need to proceed with your application, you will only be charged for the work that has been completed. All other unallocated fees and charges will be refunded.

Every application varies. We work as efficiently as possible, the speed of which greatly depends on how quickly documents are provided by you.

The Department advertises processing times for most application types. These are discussed in each consultation so you have a clear estimate of how long the entire process might take.

The decision to approve or refuse an application is solely in the hands of the Department. No agent or other person can guarantee any particular outcome.

Sort of. All of our consultations require payment upfront as time is precious and our many paying clients are relying on us. Your consultation fee will be deducted from your future service invoices so it works out to be free in the end.

Generally, our fees are payable in 3 instalments, with any Department fees payable with the third instalment just before your application is lodged. If you’re in a hurry, payment upfront may be required to speed up the lodgement process.

For consultations, visitor visas, bridging visas and a few other smaller services, fees are payable in full upfront.

Yes. Refer a friend to us and if we lodge an application for them (other than a bridging visa application), you will receive a $100AUD gift card or the equivalent discount off your next application. They will also receive $100 off their application.

Please note that your friend will need to let us know they were referred to us prior to signing their service agreement. Therefore, it’s important that they mention this upfront.

Yes, for applications with minimal risk of refusal, we will notify you in writing if you are eligible for our money-back guarantee. This applies to our professional fees only (not Department or other fees) and gives you peace of mind.

Our money-back guarantee does not apply to complex cases or those with particular characteristics as noted in our terms and conditions.
